Chat, stream video or audio, share photos and more. Securely, privately, and completely hosted on your device.

You host the conversation.

When you broadcast or create a room, you configure who else can join. Keep friends and family on your buddy list, then bring them into a private chat.

The new social network is peer-to-peer.

There’s no server or service gobbling up your data in between. Humans, agents, and machines can exchange messages, notifications, and files in a private collaboration space.

Every message is delivered to a registered private key.

A message is delivered while the receiving device is online. Change, export, import, and back up your private key.

The only social network using biometric keys as proof of life.

The passkey’s private key stays in the Secure Enclave. A biometric or PIN unlocks it. A likely human badge records one event: a biometric or PIN unlocked a registered device at that moment, without establishing identity or uniqueness.

Reserve a room people remember.

Sidewalk.fm the voice of the people.

When a device is unable to connect peer-to-peer, a small relay node transfers end-to-end encrypted traffic to the participant. Everything is transitory. Nothing is stored or inspected on sidewalk.fm servers. There are no ads, because there’s very little cost for us to operate. We built this for the people.

Proof of life

A passkey lets this device carry a likely human chip for the current session after somebody passes its biometric or PIN. The chip records presence at a registered device without establishing identity or uniqueness. Every feature works without it.
